MFStek globally exports ready-to-use and concentrated nano and micro-scale Layer Forming Surface Modifiers (nLFSM/mLFSM), manufacturing additives and custom industrial chemical formulations. Using innovative and proprietary Technology Platforms that translate to a product breadth and depth of over 500 hundred variants, MFStek offers a wide range of nanotechnology surface coatings, micro-scale polysiloxane epoxy coating systems and environmentally responsible industrial chemicals, packaged and diluted for maximum sustainability and compatibility.
Multi-Functional nanotechnology surface coatings create a unified, flexible and highly durable layer over the treated substrate measuring approximately 5.1 nanometers (2 times thicker than human DNA) - rendering the surface hydrophobic/hydrophilic or oleophobic/oleophilic - to modify the surfaces interaction with soiling or staining from dirt, liquids, oils, fats and greases. These easy-to-clean properties reduce labour time and effort while having a dramatic impact on surface cleaning and preservation.
Using the SIGMAtek and NanoCoat technology platforms, the multi-functional surfaces can be optimized to meet the needs of nearly any Industrial Retrofit or OEM Integration specification. Customization options include the alteration of surface chemical composition, morphology and/or properties including but not limited to antibacterial, antimicrobial, anti-corrosion, flame resistant/suppressant, conductivity levels, UV/IR reflectivity, anti-static and/or to withstand increased levels of thermal exposure, mechanical abrasion and chemical resistance.
MFStek products are manufactured according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and when required, using US FDA approved and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures, which is a Health Canada prerequisite when manufacturing a product which holds a Drug Identification number (DIN) or Natural Product Number (NPN). All products are quality controlled via an in-house microbiology laboratory where samples of every batch are stored for two to five years depending on the variant and project specifications.
