With Industrial integration experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, mining, textile manufacturing, infrastructure/fleet protection, agriculture and other vertical sectors, MFStek has the ability to grant surfaces, hydrophobic / hydrophilic, oleophobic / oleophilic, antimicrobial, UV resistance / absorbent, anti-corrosion, flame resistant, scratch resistant and conductive / non-conductive (insulated) properties to both porous and non-porous substrates. Depending on the formulation and application process, multiple properties may be infused into a single layering system (i.e. dual-active, tri-active, quad-active) or via a multi-layer (stacking) two component solution, which whenever possible are designed to cure and optimize at room temperature.

During the performance testing phase of existing or custom formulated technologies, MFStek offers quantitative testing and performance data via static/dynamic (hysteresis) contact angle measurements, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS, EDX, XEDS), as well as ASTM, AATCC and other internationally recognized evaluation methods.
Prior to product launch, the nano-scale coating material shelf-life (stability) is evaluated using in-house government regulated stability chambers, where retention samples of every batch (identified by lot numbers) can also be stored for up to 5 years as a quality cross-reference precaution, should the project specification require it.
