PUREtek is an environmentally responsible Water Remediation Additive platform used for the sanitization of waste water which has been contaminated by microbial growth and/or excessive organic matter. The technology detoxifies sedimentation beds in waste water reservoirs and expedites the sedimentation process via interaction with suspended silicates. The PUREtek Water Remediation Additive is chemically engineered to self-cancel through use, making it untraceable to downstream analysis. 

When used in the oil extraction process, PUREtek assists in the transformation of sour to sweet crude and efficiently eliminates corrosion causing Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S).

Formulation is engineered to be self-cancelling and dosed at a rate at which there will be no hazardous chemicals or residues remaining from the treatment. Specific raw materials are utilized to ensure there is no threat or negative impact on human cells and / or marine ecosystems.

The primary purpose of this water remediation variant is for the sterilization of on-site waste water for reallocation to vehicle and equipment cleaning bays for industrial processes. For this reason, active corrosion inhibitors are incorporated into the core formula for the protection of metallic substrates that may be cleaned using the reallocated / repurposed water.

Minor modifications are made to the core formulation to remove non-essential ingredients that are utilized for industrial process (i.e. corrosion inhibitors). As with all variations of the PUREtek Water Remediation Additive, pitch (dosage) rate is critical and should be discussed with MFStek prior to integration of the product. Slight adjustments to the filtration process may be required depending on local regulatory standards and existing infrastructure and systems in place.

This adaptation utilizes a virtually identical formulation as the core PUREtek package, however, the material includes an enhanced dosage of Phase Splitting Additives (PSAs) to act as a separating agent for the oil and water. PUREtek eliminates the organic matter adhering to any suspended silicates, allowing for an expedited sedimentation process while self-cancelling through use, making the formula a quintessential solution for tailing pond remediation and reclamation projects.

These infused additives make PUREtek ideal for large scale post oil spill water remediation initiatives, using chemical potential to rapidly disperse the product over vast volumes of contaminated water for rapid qualitative and quantitative results.
