When developing new chemical technologies, MFStek does so under Supply Agreements, allowing Industrial or OEM customers to benefit from the development of a customized multi-functional nano or micro-scale coating material, manufacturing additive or custom industrial chemical,  while being provided with state-of-the-art surface analysis and performance validation. These reports include but are not limited to Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDX) - conducted by highly trained MFStek chemists, preventing the need for customers to invest heavily in human resources, equipment and infrastructure. Using the Living Lab philosophy andproprietary Concept 2 Launch Process, MFStek assists clients in identifying their need(s), develops the  unique multi-functional surface technology required and guides the end users through the laboratory scale proof-of-concept testing, performance validation, on-site field evaluations and implementation phases.

The above is conducted under a brief Supply Agreement, outlining:

  • The mutually agreed upon project specification including but not limited to the multi-functional properties required, precise performance expectations, testing protocol, as well as both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. 
  • A predetermined quarterly, annual or multi-year delivery schedule once the material fulfills the above mentioned project specification. This process allows MFStek and the customer to mutually target financial objectives as it relates to product yield and application optimization, while ensuring that the research & development is conducted with the appropriate raw materials and product prototype to expedite industrial scale-up and commercialization.

Upon completion of the Concept 2 Launch Process, MFStek provides international just-in-time delivery of goods from door-to-door. Should 3rd party warehousing be required by end users, MFStek offers storage services with an ability to stock up to 8,000 pallets at a time within the 155,000 square foot facility, creating an inventory buffer for emergency orders that require a shorter lead time.
